We do not offer any refunds, in case of any refunds ( mentioned Below )we will only issue a STORE CREDIT which can be used for future purchases from the store.

Once after you receive the parcel , take an opening video to claim refund on below cases. To avoid many fake cases we have taken necessary steps.

  1. The item may be damaged during transit.
  2. or there might be a manufacturing defect.
  3. or that a wrong item is delivered to you.If the order is confirmed by us and we are unable to ship the product due to some reasons, then we will issue the refund to the customer which might take 5-7 working days to get transferred.
  4. In case if you didnt like the product you can return it to our premises once after receiving the product in same condition we have sent you we can initiate refund . In this case we will not refund you shipping charges you spent to send us back and also the shipping charges which we have spent to send you .

Return of a product :

We recommend that while shipping an item back to the store please use reliable courier for tracking purposes.

Also Pack the product in same condition , we can assure the refund once it is received in same condition we sent .

As ExtroKids does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We do not refund shipping in such case.
